How MEP Survey Report works in the field: offline use, where reports are kept, exporting a PDF, and what it costs.
Does it work offline, with no signal?
Yes. Notes, photos, and the report are saved in this browser as you write them, so you can keep working when the site has no signal. After the app has been opened online on that device, you can reopen it and keep editing without a connection. Signing in and buying another report need a connection.
Where is my data stored?
Your first free report can be written without an account, and it is kept only in the browser you used. Reports after that need an account. When you are signed in, your reports are backed up to your account so they are available on your other devices.
What format is the finished report, and how do I export it?
The finished report is letter size, 8.5 by 11 inches. You can include a cover page and your logo. Open the report and choose Print / PDF. The browser print dialog prints it or saves it as a PDF.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan can be cancelled, and there is no long-term contract. For help, contact support@mepsurveyreport.com.
Who owns my reports?
You own your reports and the content you add to them, including your notes and photos.
How much does it cost?
The first report is free. After that, a report is $5, or $10 a month for unlimited reports while the monthly plan is active.
Does printing use up a report?
No. Print / PDF does not use a report. A report is used when you save a new project. Deleting a project does not give that report back.
